What is the process of training chief instructors?
The preparation is carried out in full-time (training) and distance form, while the full-time form has two phases, which are a guarantee of comprehensive training of the chief instructors. The first phase lasts two days and is focused on acquiring basic knowledge in the field of legislation and psychology. The second phase, which lasts a day, again focuses on pedagogy, the way the student is taught in practical classes and the end of training with the subsequent acquisition of a certificate. Between the first and second phase, there is time for a distance form of training, which provides space for independent study with the possibility of online consultation with the training instructor of the chief instructors. After completing the training, the instructors receive a certificate, which is a confirmation of completion of the instructor's training and the specialization of preparation.
