The overarching aim of the SEC-CEE project is to conduct a health check on sectoral social dialogue and sectoral collective bargaining system in 6 CEE countries, as well as to find out how could sectoral collective bargaining promote companies and their workforce’s adaptation to the new challenges of the post-covid world of work, in times of multiple crises. The project also aimed at facilitating common foresight of national social partners and researchers, enabling them to draw up common requirements and policy recommendations for well-functioning sectoral social dialogue in 10 years. The project promotes mutual learning between the social partners of the 6 participating countries by facilitating the exchange of views, different national development, and best practices, based on academic evidence.
