General assembly
The General Assembly is the supreme body of the Union which consists of all present deputies. The General Assembly decides by voting. Within the exclusive scope of powers of the General Assembly falls:
- approval of changes and amendments to the Articles of Association,
- approval of the General Assembly standing order,
- approval of the electoral system for electing of members of the Presidium and Supervisory Board,
- election and recall of members of the Presidium,
- election and recall of members of the Supervisory Board,
- approval of the ordinary and extraordinary closings of books,
- decision on voluntary dissolution of the Union or on its merger with other union,
- approval of the budget of the Union and of the Union activity plan submitting by the Presidium,
- approval of reports about Union activity and Union bodies and about a balance of its property,
- decision about other questions which are reserved.
